During my stay at Hotel Praga, I found the rooms to be quite comfortable and clean, which added to my overall enjoyment. However, the service left a lot to be desired, with several instances of unhelpfulness from the staff that dampened my experience. The location was decent for accessing public transport, but not ideal for exploring the city on foot.

Rooms
8.0
The room I stayed in was clean and spacious, with a very comfy bed that made for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was nice too, and having large fluffy towels was a nice touch.
Service
5.0
Unfortunately, I encountered several unprofessional staff members who seemed irritated when I asked for assistance, and this made the check-in experience quite frustrating. Even basic requests, like for hot water, felt like a burden to them, which was disappointing.
Location
6.0
The hotel's location was convenient for catching public transport with a bus stop right in front of the hotel. However, it felt a bit removed from the main attractions, making walking around less enjoyable.
Dining
6.0
While breakfast offered a decent variety, the quality was average at best. I found the breakfast area to be busy, and there were times when cutlery was in short supply.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had adequate facilities, including decent Wi-Fi and the comfort of a clean room. However, the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room was a letdown.

5.0/10

My stay at Hotel Praga had its ups and downs. The location provided convenient access to public transport, making it easy to reach central Madrid. However, the room size and overall condition could use some improvement, and I faced some issues with the staff's service during my visit. While the breakfast options were plentiful, the quality didn't always meet my expectations. Overall, it felt like a mixed experience rather than a truly standout one.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were spacious and clean but could use better soundproofing. Although they seemed recently refurbished, I did notice some aspects that felt below standard, such as a lack of kettle and minor maintenance issues.
Service
5.0
The staff were generally professional; however, I encountered some who were less helpful, especially during busy times. Their attitude could be hit or miss, affecting the overall service experience.
Location
6.0
The location of Hotel Praga was quite convenient for accessing public transport. With a bus stop right outside, I was able to reach significant sites in Madrid, although it felt a bit far from the city center itself.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices, although I found the quality to be a bit lacking at times. It seemed very busy during peak hours, leading to long lines for coffee.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offered basic facilities and had some recreational options nearby, but certain amenities like kettles in the room would have enhanced comfort. Wi-Fi accessibility was good throughout my stay.

6.0/10

My stay at Hotel Praga was a mixed bag. The location was decent, and I found the rooms clean with comfortable beds, but the service left a lot to be desired. Breakfast had some good options, though I wouldn't recommend the scrambled eggs. Overall, it's a spot that has potential but some clear areas that need improvement.

Rooms
6.0
The room was spacious and had a good shower, but I struggled with the flat pillows. There weren't enough power outlets, which was a hassle for charging my devices.
Service
5.0
The staff were friendly but I encountered some issues. While they helped with my luggage upon early arrival, I found the front desk lacked proper solutions when I raised concerns.
Location
7.0
The hotel is situated on the south side of Madrid. It's not super close to the central attractions, but it was well connected by public transport, which made getting around easier.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast had a nice variety, though some items, like the scrambled eggs, fell flat. The little grilled cheese sandwiches at the restaurant were a fun touch, but the main meals were hit or miss.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were adequate, but the mini-fridge was misleading as it didn't really keep things cold. The cleanliness was a definite plus, which added comfort to my overall stay.

6.6/10

My stay at Hotel Praga was a mixed bag. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and I appreciated the variety at breakfast, but I was disappointed with the staff's unhelpfulness and the overall condition of the rooms.

Rooms
6.0
My room was clean but below average in size, lacking some basic amenities like a coffeemaker and additional power outlets. The furniture felt dated, and the noise from the strip mall was bothersome at times.
Service
5.0
While some staff were friendly, I encountered a few who were quite curt, especially during busy check-in times. My requests for simple items like a water bottle were met with indifference.
Location
6.0
The hotel's location wasn't ideal, but it had good bus connections to Plaza Mayor, which was helpful for exploring the city. It was situated in a residential area, and there were useful amenities like grocery stores nearby.
Dining
7.0
The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, which I enjoyed. However, as a vegetarian, I found the selection limited in terms of suitable choices, mostly leaning towards non-vegetarian options.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel could use some enhancements; there were no gym facilities or pools available. However, there was a parking garage, which is a plus for those traveling by car.
